How the project was run.

Broken Bonds is the clearest example of how I work: start with a story, build the production around it, then make it legible to players, collaborators and platforms. I founded the project, wrote and shaped the game, coordinated assets, handled Steam-facing material and pushed the move from a Ren'Py prototype toward a stronger Godot architecture.

What I owned
I owned the shape of Broken Bonds: story direction, game-design framing, team coordination, Steam presentation and the web layer that makes the project understandable before someone plays it.
What had to work
- A long-form narrative structure for a large cast
- A production pipeline for backgrounds, illustrations and music
- Public framing for Steam, the website and this portfolio
- Migration requirements from Ren'Py toward Godot
- A media board that shows the work instead of decorating the page
